Grand Colony Island Villas San Pedro , San Pedro (Ambergris Caye)

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Colony overall, thanks to the clean and beautiful villa and the excellent pool. However, there were a few drawbacks, such as the faulty AC and the lack of laundry facilities in our unit, which made things a bit tricky for our family. Also, the beach was affected by seaweed, which wasn’t ideal. Despite that, the free amenities like kayaking and biking added value to our experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort! Despite the unfortunate weather, my family's experience was delightful. The rooms were breathtaking and well-appointed, offering a lovely ocean view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. However, some amenities were affected by external conditions, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was an excellent value and I can't wait to return!

I recently stayed at Grand Colony, which has some really impressive units with lovely features like high ceilings and modern kitchens. The beach situation was not ideal due to ongoing construction and seaweed issues, but the spacious villa made up for it. While the staff were friendly and the pool area was nice, the dining options were quite limited, and it felt a bit cut off from town because of the ongoing work. Overall, it has great potential for future visits.

The Grand Colony Island Villas offers a beautiful setting with well-kept grounds and excellent amenities. My beachfront villa was clean and spacious, providing stunning views of the turquoise sea. However, the ongoing construction nearby can be quite disruptive, and accessing a swimmable beach need some effort, as Secret Beach is a bit out of the way. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was quite enjoyable and the staff did their best to accommodate us.
